Orders
SHIPPING: All orders will be processed the day we receive payment confirmation.
UK orders should arrive within 2 days, but may take up to 10 days (longer for made to order garments).
We aim to ship International orders within 5 days but they may take up to 14 days to arrive (again, longer for made to order garments).
Please be aware that Customs charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
The standard shipping price is £5 per item Recorded delivery for customers within the UK and Ireland only.
We only accept payment in UK pounds Sterling.If you require shipping outside these regions please email us first for a shipping quote.
Returns
RETURNS POLICY: We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase but if for any reason you want to exchange or return your order please e-mail us at shop@elehorsley.com to request a returns number which should accompany your return.
Exchange / Refund requests are only accepted within 14 days of purchase or 21 days in the case of international orders.
Once you have received you returns number (which will be within 24 hours) please package your item safely (we cannot be responsible for damage or loss in transit) and address it to:

We advise you send all items by registered post as we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to items being returned. Once we have received the item back in sellable condition we can either exchange or refund your order.
